EZ-Flash Omega

Post by Hucklebuck » Sat Jan 19, 2019 10:39 pm

Will the EZ-Flash Omega flash cart work with the GameBoy player on the Gamecube? I plan on using Game Boy Interface software with it.

The Gameboy player is literally a GBA. Unless an accessory depends on the physical form factor of the console, it's compatible.

Thanks, I just thought that their might be a way that the flashcard operates that might make it troublesome to use in a Gameboy player. I have googled it and can't really find much info on it.

It was already answered in another thread, but because of their hardware design, some Flascarts may cause weirdnesses when using the reset button, same goes for multi-rom carts. It can usually be adressed by pressing the reset button a little longer than needed by original games, or, in extrem cases, by ejecting the cart and putting it back in (while pressing the reset button).
