After swiss_r650 is upgraded by swiss_r650.fzn, insert the SD card black screen.
I upgraded swiss_r650 under the swiss_R451 menu by swiss_r650.fzn. After I shut down and restart, I will display a black screen when I insert the SD card.

At what point are you seeing the black screen, immediately on power on?
There's a recovery option whereby you need to write a recovery image raw to a SD card and insert that into the WKF/WASP SD slot. From there you'll need to make a WBFS SD card with a Swiss.iso on there and then finally flash another .fzn file from within Swiss (lots of SD card swapping).

Yes, I saw a black screen immediately after startup.
I made the swiss_r650_Recovery card. When I started, I could see NGC LOGO, but I stopped at LOGO.
I also tried to change the WBFS SD card with Swiss.iso immediately after the logo appeared, but I still stay at NGC LOGO.

Can you try an older recovery? I'll try r650 when I get some time later today on my WKF GC.
Re: After swiss_r650 is upgraded by swiss_r650.fzn, insert the SD card black screen.
I tried it with R451.
First, I use DD to write swiss_r451_Recovery.iso, called DISC A.
Then, write swiss_r451(ntsc-j).iso with WBFS Manger4.0, called DISC B
For the first time, I put in DISC A, inserted DISC B after the end of NGC LOGO, stayed at LOGO, no response
The second time, I put it into DISC A. After the LOGO appears, I press A, enter the NGC menu, and then put it into DISC B. The display is always "?" and the prompt is being read.

can you put Swiss r450 or r451.fzn on?
Re: After swiss_r650 is upgraded by swiss_r650.fzn, insert the SD card black screen.
The TV showed black screen when the WASP Fusion was loading "swiss_r650(ntsc-j).iso", and then, If I change the image to "swiss_r650_Recovery.iso" of SD Card, the screen wiil show the attachment. I couldn't see the SWISS menu at next step.
Re: After swiss_r650 is upgraded by swiss_r650.fzn, insert the SD card black screen.
Can you elaborate on the recovery process?
My operation is, 1. Insert the SD card of swiss_r650_Recovery written in DD into the WKF card slot, 2. Open NGC When the picture above appears, insert the SD card with SWISS.ISO WBFS.

I'm not too familiar with it as I've never had to do it but there are threads on this forum where it has been detailed many years ago, have a search to find one such thread. I believe the recovery ISO when written raw is meant to boot up to the original WBFS Wiikey Fusion menu after a reboot. The steps you detail after seem correct to me.
