Datel unlicensed games and nkit

Post by vinzanity » Wed Sep 23, 2020 8:53 am

Just an inquiry. The datel unlicensed discs run on swiss when using full iso but gives the red error after the gamecube ipl when in nkit format. Is this because of the way it was compressed by nkit? It would be nice to be able to play them in nkit since like the gameboy player boot disc, they are under 10 megabytes.

It's because of the way Datel's apploader work. I'm planning on patching it at some point.

tell me something, since the friend opened this post:
Datel discs, are they pressed?
how are they made? why can they enter the gamecube without a chip ...?
I saw somewhere is that the secret is in 6 track points, located on each original nintendo media. that's where the datel came in ...
now, why is it not possible to play the datel disc by swiss on my NGC? not even by the xeno chip ... I couldn't record the Datel and make it work ... always black screen ...
answer me yet: if i put the datel disk in the drive, and boot without a card, it enters the launcher, even without reading the sd, does it enter the datel homebrew?
