Then my only guess would be that it doesn't work properly on the Dolphin Emulator, for some/whatever reason...

Hi! I was wondering if these two codes already exist:
1. A code that restricts the items in Balloon Battle mode to only shells (green, red, etc.)
2. A code that enables the course introduction cutscene (the one shown at the start of Grand Prix races) to also appear in Versus mode.
