Already a similar product on the market which seems okay if you want 480p EDTV and your display does not have component input.

The new product claims to upscale. Be interesting to see if its any good in that respect.

Yeah should be very slick, I'm going to 100% pick up a few. I hear they're going to retail for around $50 which isn't too bad all things considered.

They're only good to spare your component connectors for a HDMI port.
I believe that the upscaler is very similar too your normal-everyday-tv's internal upscaler.

Still, I'm interested in comparison reports, and reports about the audio/video delay the upscaler might create.

Can this actually produce an HD picture or is it just a space converter? Has anyone here purchased one yet? Reason being is that i'm very interested in buying one.
