40 or 80 pin ultra pata cable? will it make any difference since it's only PIO?

Any news on making a new batch?
I'm up for 1 or 2 if available. (I hope this is the correct thread for requesting)

no, it is not planned.

You can build one yourself or maybe get one in the marketplace

Aw snap... Haven't got a Wii, but I ordered a WiiSD adapter some time ago through DealExtreme (still awaiting arrival!), but if there isn't a signifacant SDHC update for SDload, a HDD would really come in handy. I doubt Wode works on a GC console without much hassle

If someone can make a breakdown with pics for the EXI, I would gladly construct me an adapter myself (schematics always tend to confuse me :? ).
Problem is that I read these PS2 chip parts need to be reprogrammed, which I can't.

Maybe a Poll would be in order to see if there's any demand?

sounds like you successfully ignored one of the many threads. look here for example:

Indeed...excuse my ignorance, but I JUST learned what Wode is... and it's been a while since I left modding for what it was. Any new toys are unknown to me for now.

You DO know the Q is a beast to disassemble?
And according to that link the Viper fails at loading anyway.. guess I'll hope for the better. Thanks for teaching me.
