My proposal of BACKGROUND for new SD-BOOT

Hello guys!

This is my first proposal of bg for the future version of sd-boot! It's clean and elegant for me.

Emu_kidid, you opinion is most important, of course!! I can adjust if you need ok? Maybe other resolution or adapt the fields...

I make this bg with 640x480, based in last version (v.0.4 rc4).

It's nice, but I don't think that when it's released it's going to be called SD-Boot. I believe Emu_kidid said something about it in his blog a couple of months back.

It looks pretty cool! Unfortunately, there won't be a need for any background, only a logo and some generic buttons. The name is no longer sd-boot ;)
