True RGB cable for gamecube?

Just read about RGB cable for PAL SNES consoles, is there anything like that possible to do for Gamecube?
Here is an item page on our local auctions portal, there're examples showing difference between composite and RGB cable:

Hmm, if it's possible to create one for GC it would be awesome.

there are RGB cables for the gamecube, even official nintendo ones but you would rather want to go for d-terminal/vga or composite

Guess I found it:

Why do you suggest I wouldn't rather go the d-terminal/vga or composite(and what did you mean?) way? If it outputs better image quality guess the RGB is the better way.
Can someone please show some difference between the Gamecube games running with composite and RGB cable?

component, sorry.
the component and d-terminal cables (those are the two official ones) use the digital port of the DOL-001 gamecubes. image quality is superb compared to the analog port that rgb cables use.

The official RGB cable is way better than composite video, but is only possible if you have a PAL GameCube. The component video cable is expensive and contains a chip which converts the digital signal to analog (yay), and can only be used on GameCubes which have the digital video out port. It doesn't carry audio signals so you still need the composite cable for that, but the RGB cable has both audio and video. I use both, and I can't honestly say I see a difference in quality. I don't know if the d-terminal cable is going to be any use outside Japan (anyone using it?)
The RGB cable is the best deal in my opinion, but get the official one.

in order of least to best
composite cable
s-video
RGB cable (interlaced)
component cable (interlaced)
component (YPBPR progressive)
component (VGA)
difference in quality is easily detectable when comparing interlaced to progressive...
difference in quality also depends on the display
if you want the very best video quality capable out of the GC hardware, you need a component cable
or
play your gamecube titles on a wii in progressive mode using a cheap 2$ wii component cable

You live in Poland so I guess you have a PAL gamecube?
I'd say just get the SCART cable, it's way better than composite and cheap.
Component cable provides the best picture quality but expect to pay a lot of money for it, it's better than SCART
megalomaniac's advice is great, if you have a Wii just get a cheap Component and use that instead

Guess I won't use any digital outputs as I use an old TV and I don't have cash for expensive cables. I will probably go into an RGB cable but instead of buying the official one a friend will make me one.
Btw. how can composite be better than RGB? On auction I showed it was shown that composite picture was worse than true RGB. What's the difference between component and composite?

Hmm, guess I will stay with normal AV cable for now as I discovered that it's not possible to turn normal AV cable into RGB one.
EDIT:
Good piece of information about gamecube cables:

you have a pal GC that outputs RGB (interlaced) analog signals already
whats the problem? you can make one of these simple cables and it will provide you the best interlaced signal for the cheapest cost
dont stop now, all you need to do it pop open a regular composite cable...move some pins/add some pins...new cable ends and your done...
keep researching...
