ZN-40 case and dol 101 mobo

What up friends! Just about to start on my portable I have ordered 3 zn-40 cases and have two GameCube dol 101. My question is will this fit with 5" screen from Dalian good screens. And also on the dol 101 mobos do you need the custom regulator? Thanks all pics coming soon of initial progress!
