PAL Wii --> NTSC Wii ?

Just out of curiosity since I've read it here.
How difficult it is to install the NTSC system menu on a PAL Wii ? Is it doable for an average user ?
Where do you get it? Dump it from a NTSC Wii maybe?
And more importantly, is it really worth it?
