I have the new version of WiiSX but when I load a ISO and play game i get a code dump error. Also what are BIOS and am I suppose have anything in the BIOS file?

You need to be more specific, what game?

Using an actual BIOS (SCPH1001.BIN) is best. place it in your BIOS folder and select it in the settings.

Yeah, try using an actual BIOS and not HLE.
