CCP problem with Wii64.

Hello GC Forever community!

I've purchased a Classic Controller Pro for my Wii (now Wii U) and I've been having some weird issues once I started to use it with Wii64.
The problem is that whenever I leave the controller untouched (this means no moving the Left Stick nor any button at all) the character on screen moves as if I were moving the Left Analog Stick just a little bit.

This means for example, in Ocarina of Time, and I have Link just standing without pressing anything, Link moves from facing completely front to slightly being turning back all the way until he is facing the camera.

Now my question is:
Is there a problem with some emulators and the CCP?
And this has been happening only in Wii64 so far, since when I play any other Wii game, the character on screen doesn't react like that.

It is annoying since in some games like Banjo-Kazooie or DK64 the character turns randomly and makes jumping a little odd. :S

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I forgot to say I am using the latest build of Not64, and the issue with the Left Analog Stick is still ocurring.

I already tried moving the control settings and editing the files, but no luck.

Sorry for the many replies.
I've been trying to fix this issue and it looks like it happens in more than one emu (WiiSX, Wii64, QRevPAK also).

The CCP works perfectly fine in any other emu or GC/Wii game, only on those ones I get a slight down movement on the sticks.
I did some research and found out about some calibration for the CCP might be the issue:

Actually, it was emukidid who started the thread and provides an app to test both sticks of the CC and CCP.
I want to ask, were those findings and feedbacks helpful to fix the issue?

Libogc just assumes the newer classic controllers are naturally centered and doesn't do any min/max tracking, so you'll find all apps that don't do some sort of calibration of their own will have the same issue.

Is there any way in which I could compile the source code of those with another library or add a min/max tracking grabbing an example from another app with such support?
Or does it have to be specific for each emu/app?

I have the same result, but with me it is being nudged down without touching it.
It is really annoying with FPS views like trying to shoot the Slingshot in OoT or viewing in First Person in any adventure game like Mario or DK.

:x In DK64, that's super annoying... so is the camera glitch :| This didn't have much effect on the greatest freakin' N64 classic of all time, Goldeneye 007 :D ! So I'm fine with it. I could actually care less, since I'm more of a player than an actual hacker. :?
