What is better,
the Wiikey Fusion or the IDE-EXI Method?

WKF for now but in the future IDE-EXI will be better according to Emukidid. Also IDE drives are cheaper than SD cards.

Because it has almost 100% compatibility. It doesn't have audio streaming, but IDE-EXI will have it in the future (maybe). It does support it when loading from a DVD though.

Well they are old. HDDs are cheaper than SSDs so I thought it was the same for SD cards.

How does IDE-EXI/SDGecko work? What stops it from getting 100% compatibility? Sorry for lame question.

Anything that plugs into the DVD port and emulates the drive is bound to have better compatibility because they are transparently proving reads from another medium.
Anything that plugs into any other port is going to have issues because they require software patches to re-direct the reads to another bus, a number of things can go wrong here.

I was curious because WKF is expensive in my country (it costs more than GC itself) and hard to find. Does SDGecko have the same compatibility as IDE-EXI?

Yes pretty much but it has some issues that IDE EXI doesn't have (some lag issues).
