edit: after what must have been over 400 resets (at 200% emulation speed) trying to get a good lvl-up for soren, im CONVINCED that he simply can't gain more than 5 stat-ups AND not more than 4 if STR is increased

Hi, I'm playing FE Path of Radiance PAL after many years, and I remember there was a cheat code to increase all stats by +1 every time you leveled up, but I can't find it anywhere. I only find one for the NTSC-USA version. I'm playing the beginning campaign, I haven't finished it yet, and I'm not looking for cheats for the "random or fixed" mode.
