i have 2gb sd card and im runnin out of memory.. im plannin to get the biggest sd or sdhc card for the homebrew.. but whats the biggest that the homebrew can handle?

I think if SDHC is supported it should support 32GB. I use a 4GB card.

yea it supports sdhc.. i just wanna get the biggest memory for all my homebrew apps..

Yes 32GB should work. When I add SDXC support to sd-boot, you should be able to use all those cards too (over 32GB!)

sorry for all this stupid questions.. but whats the diff between sd and sdhc? is one better than the other or wat?

SD: 1 MB to 4 GB
SDHC: 4 GB to 32 GB
SDXC: 32 GB to 2 terabyte

To answer your pm and for others too.
You'll probably need to install a USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller driver and then you can use a USB 2.0 compatible SDHC card reader, I don't think USB 1.0 card readers support SDHC and even if they did transfering files to them would be slow as hell in the backwards USB 1.0 compatibilty mode.
If you don't already have usb 2.0 slot on your comp you'll need to install a usb 2.0 PCI card.
