Error 1035 when installing a wiiware wad.

I'm trying to get Cave Story wiiware on my wii by wad installation. But no matter what Cios I use, or wad manager, I get ret=1035. How do I solve this problem? I've even tried pimp my wii but still no luck. Edit: If this was put in the wrong area, someone move it please.

By "wrong area" you mean this forum in general as a whole.
I don't support warez WAD file installations as they are still being sold currently.
