As you can see, the heat sink is tiny at 91mm x 50mm x 4mm and it covers the main board chips just right. Now I know that the IBM heat sinks are the go to for cooling our portables, but I feel that this heat sink in conjunction with a slim fan can give us a lot more flexibility when it comes to the design of our portables. They're also a lot more readily available. Let me know what you think.

At 30mm x 30mm x3mm these fans are TINY. The decibel levels are fairly reasonable for a fan this size and the air flow is not bad either. I imagine two of these should be enough to keep things cool. The model number is UB5U3-700.
