Hey guys my ordered component cable (used) just arrived and i was going to test it instandly.
I tested it on 2 TVs (Samsung UE40ES6100 and ...)
and with 2 Gamecubes both PAL and DOL-001.

There is no signal in every combination...
I remeber that a Wii with component calble worked on my TV.

Is there something i could´v done wrong? or you have any idea how to test the functionality of the cable?

Just plugging it in should be enough and the GameCube menu should give you 576i.

Check that your GameCube digital ports aren't super dirty and that there isn't any damage to the cable connector.

Thx for the reply. It took me 3 hours of trying till i decided to open it.
In fact 2 of the 3 wires were ripped off.
After shortening the cable and rewireing everything, i finally got my functional Cable!

Thx

Glad it's all working now, but I have a couple of questions...
Just to confirm, you had to open the digital cable shell? That is where the cables were ripped from the PCB?

Also, if you notice, there is a hard plastic strain relief on the cable itself which mates internally to the metal shield of the PCB. This is to prevent any such rips..did the cable housing appear to have been previously opened?

Well the relief was still there and the cable and the chip looked like unused or atleast in very good condition.
i couldn´t find any evidence that the shell was previously opend.
And yes, the Cables were ripped of at the solderpoints on the pcb
