Hey guys, I'm completely new to mod chips and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I'd love some help. Basically I have a megadrive v6 and a wasp fusion that I'm fairly sure I've soldered up correctly (even though it might be a bad solder job). I've heard that the wasp comes pre loaded with autoboot swiss. I'm not getting a blue light on the wasp when I try to power things up which to my knowledge means I'm not getting power. Also I don't know if this makes a difference or not but I don't have an sd card plugged in because I don't actually have one. Every time I try to power on I just get an error message. Any help would be much appreciated!

No SD card = error message

Whats happening right now is the WASP detects there is no SD card so it sets itself into DVD passthru mode. Since there is no DVD drive connect thru the WASP then this triggers the error

Stuck an sd card in and got the same result:/

I guess ill just re solder it, maybe try to clean it up a bit

Comes with WKF fusion firmware 1.4 though. No swiss autoboot on flash from dealer

How hard is it to install autoboot?

You can also get them on badassconsoles.com, pre flashed with Swiss autoboot.

Oh your right didn't notice that. But if he is in need of it now then he will have to go with eurasia because Mega is taking a break right now doing his GCvideo build and there out of stock as of right now

So if I end up buying one from eurasia how do I flash it with Swiss autoboot? Or how long do you think restocking would take?

I am Waiting patiently. Just need to figure out if I need to get a mega drive or not and if so which one do I get? I plan on making a portable and the most space saving and easiest to wire up would be preferable.
