should i FORMAT my SD card or is it a VBAGX problem?

well i have a SD sandisk wii 2GB card, i have 43 roms on the VBAGX, but when i go open the emulator it only shows 33 roms, and if i go to wiixplorer it shows all of them, should i format my SD card? is so How? FAT? or FAT 32? ..also my sd card has enough space 326MB left.. it only has homebrew browser, fcu ultraGX, snes9GX, Wii64, WiiSX, wiixplorer..

what are the file extensions for the 10 missing roms are they the same as the rest? are these ROMs perhaps in a bad format?

yes they are the same, and also i played them to before all this happen. you think i should just format it to make sure? FAT? or FAT32?

i did the format but no luck, wheres the best place to get good roms?? the ones i have i got them from freeroms.com & coolrom.com

Oh, I might suggest that the ROMs don't have really long filenames, and if they're Pokemon games, get rid of the special characters such as the fancy 'e' with the dash on top.

nope it didnt fix the problem, the file name is pokemon yellow version (u) (!) .gbaa ..the other ones only have .gbaa ..dont it suppose to be .gba not .gbaa?

okay.. i deleted the extra ``a" now it shows the missing roms now but they dont work lol. might as well download them.. thanks emu_kidid! if it wasnt for this site i wouldnt know how to fix any homebrew app problem!

i was goin to post a new topic but dont wanna spam, anyway how do i make wiixploirer read dvds? when ever i click on the dvd icon the control freezes even though theres a message sayin (mounting disc) but doesnt show nothin after that. any ideas?

Could be a number of things.
Can you hear the drive reset & move the laser / spin the disc?
Does it require DVDx?
If it requires DVDx, is your Wii too new perhaps for DVDx?
Is it capable of exploring the disc you've got inserted?
and finally
Can other homebrew access this disc you've got?

yeah i just check, the wii64 & wiisx can read the disc just find, so do the other apps.. i guess the wiixporer doesnt right? anyone else havin this issue?
