There is a burnt 5-pin transistor labeled "N1" (DA2 picture 1) on a Gamcube board I have. Also, while I was taking off the heatsink I managed to knock off a similar transistor but it is labeled "P1" (DA15 picture 2). I attached pictures in my google drive folder. What type of transistors are these?

I did a bit of research and found that the package type is a 5 lead SOT-323 or SC70. Maybe the N and P have something to do with N-Channel and P-Channel transistors?
