It sounds like you burnt the games incorrectly or it's having trouble reading the discs.
Use something like imgburn and burn the ISO files by using the "Write image file to disc" option.
While you're at it, burn a standard DVD disc with the latest Cobra 2.1 bios from here so you can update it.
