Hi,

is there any kind of software out there which allows you to have personal background music on while playing games with all in-game sound effect still present?
And if not, would it be possible to develop software like that? Looking for solutions for gamecube only.

Well it all depends on your needs and the games themselfs really, you would have to look at each game individually, find where their music file is in the iso file structure and encode your own one and inject it into the original game iso. This process probably can be very complex depending on the game you are looking at because of different formats and limitations.
