converting rars to iso then iso to wpfs for wii

hello im having trouble getting the format i need to convert the games on my macbook
i first get the rar file from romulation
then using unrarx i change the format to iso
then wiijmanager should pick it up so i can convert to wpfs but it does not
am i doing something wrong HELP
