hello, ive been trying to get the memory card emulation working and so far I haven't been able to find any info about it, how do i get it to work? do i have to create a raw file on dolphin and put the file somewhere on the sd card?

That feature was yanked long ago, it didn't work well. You can use GCMM if you just want to transfer saves from Dolphin to a real memory card.
