I have bought two controllers in the recent past with two dead analog sticks. What's the best way to fix this or replace it? I bought reproduction sticks on eBay but their quality isn't exactly great.

I think we are many in that situation, and won't be surprised some of us dived into the replacement of theirs.

In the pictures, some seem to look closer to the originals than others, but what do we get in the end?

Please share your experience, I may eventually share mine when I'll get mine replaced.
