Xeno GC Install issues

I just recently received/installed a XenoGC Modchip and I soldered it in, turned on the console, and I get a solid red light. No blinks, just a solid red light. I know that it is receiving power, but I have a bad connection somewhere. How do I test for continuity (which leads should I touch to which joints) so that I can find out which joint(s) are not making a proper connection to the points on the gamecube?
