Hi all. The gamecube screws are a bit of a pain, has anyone ever tried to replace the screws and if so what size was effective?Thanks in advance.

Same size as the original screws will fit fine...

HA that was funny (no sarcasm included). thanks for the help i took one to the hardware store and matched it up. shouldve looked before i leapt. #6-32x1

if you have the possebility to cut a new thread, then you can use M4 or M5 screws. this would fit fine.

the screws inside the cube which hold the DVD drive down (there's so many of them all around) will do as replacements.

thank you so much for the kind replies, and the humor.heh. its nice to have some normal screws for a change. i had a security bit but it was old and probably made poorly and it busted.
