Emu, could you please enable the feature to add a avatar off an website?
Because I have this nice avatar which is larger than the limit...

the limit would be set for that option, too so that wouldn't let you use it either
as shinebi said, download, resize, upload, done

When you save it as jpeg, it will be compressed and takes less space.
