BBA or the Modem adapter?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of both accessories?
And what are the differences between the two things?
Thanks in advance!

no for the longer, more serious version:
the bba can be used for general communication with the gc with the help of some apps (rip games etc). other than that you can connect your gc to the internet (okay you could do that with a modem too but honestly who does that anymore?) and also connect 2 cubes together to play via LAN (e.g. mario kart).
etc etc blabla just get a bba

Yeah, definitely get a BBA if you want LAN play or ripping games over http.. can't think of many more purposes for it that an end user would do though.

I've used a streaming version of GCMM with it. Could backup/restore saves from more computer with A command line prompt.
