I just modded my first game cube. Got a pico soldered in and had sd card in adapter (001) version. Thought I had everything set up correctly but when I turned on the GameCube i was taken to the normal gamecube startup screen where i can select play a game from disc, options and memory card. Any thoughts where I went wrong? I never saw SWISS come up.

What version of Picoboot are you using? 0.3 will almost instantly boot to the original IPL ("the normal gamecube startup screen") if it can't find something custom to boot on a storage device.

If you put 0.4 on, it'll halt (with some info on screen) when it can't find anything.
