NInjamod problem

I have this ninjamod on my console, but the problem is I couldn't store settings on it when I changeed videomode from pal to ntsc and selected apply settings nothing changed. Moreover, I couldn't boot backup disc, when I load the backup disc, it could check the countrycode and adjust videomode to ntsc, then I pressed A to use auto-detected region, a black screen displayed and lost the signal!

You're not going to get any support here for that, it's far too outdated and it's a closed source knockoff of GCOS, dump it and get picoboot setup and a SD card solution.
