60fps request

i play my games on dolphin and gc, i was wondering if someone has the skills, is it possible to request a 60fps code for ultimate spiderman [GUTE52] and medal of honour rising sun [GR8E69]

Some GC games are frame synchronized, so forcing 60Hz may result in speeded game. If it is not, it's probably running as fast as it can.

I'm curious to know how it can be done, if it can ever be.

both games i mentioned above have a 60fps patch on pcsx2 so it seems possible
