What kind of device is this?

Hi,
just wanted to know if somebody could say me what kind of device the with "Max Safe Cut Alternate DD Points" labled parts are.

they're filters, I don't know much else about them as I'm not an electronics guy..

thanks. but I need the name of it or another device which has the same size for preparing a layout in eagle

They are just tiny surface mount filters. They're pretty useless really, other than being handy to solder to.
