Just for my sake here:
I've only used Cube64, and I find it really great thus far, runs plenty of good games at a playable speed.
As of the most recent release, aside from the obvious fact that wii64 in general runs smoother, what are the functional differences between the wii and gamecube builds?

Wii only features:
Wiimote
Classic controller
Expansion pack

Advantages of Wii version:
Larger Recompiled Code cache (less thrashing in games)
Much larger ROM cache (32Mb, fits most ROMs) (no thrashing in most games from the ROM cache)
Much larger Texture cache (16Mb, a lot less slowdown)
Full 8Mb TLB (less computation required to find TLB entries)
Full Invalid Code bit map (as above)

I'm sure the list goes on in smaller areas.. but the next release of Cube64 should be somewhat better once we get it finalized (Expansion Pak support, better ROM cache).
