Can I load an homebrew .dol file from an official Memory Card? How can I do that?

I'm assuming you have no other means of launching GameCube homebrew yet, and you want to use something like this instead?

Theoretically, it is possible, but I don't think it's something that is just readily available for you out of the box. You'd need an exploitable game and a modified save file on the memory card with injected code (getting the file on there without being able to use homebrew to begin might pose to be a problem as well). I only know of someone finding a useable exploit in SSBM many years ago.

Or I might be misunderstanding what you're asking.
