&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hi there. Thanks to Swiss I can force GameCube games to boot in progressive scan mode on my Wii. This is particularly useful for me as I own a VD-W2 Wii VGA cable from VDigi Electronics, which only does its magic with a progressive scan video signal. It works great with 480p video, however either the cable or my CRT monitor don&amp;#039;t support 576p video, so I can&amp;#039;t test that at the moment.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
