Re: NINTENDONT: WiiU loading Game Cube games
aaaand it's dead He said the same thing about DM then picked it back up and started working on it again. Then he stopped at 2.10 It would be nice to use it if it can use the full power of the Wii's CPU like Devo. Only reason I'd have wanted to use it would be for modded games as Devo runs everythin...

Small request/idea for WiiSX
I have just a small request/idea for this emulators future. So, here goes. The newer versions of pcsx-r has a file in the memory card directory named CDX_Dongle.bin, I was wondering if you guys could add support for it. It was created so that users of the GameShark 3.3 CDX could save their codes to ...

Re: Wii64 discussion?
have 3 questions here: 1. Has there been any updates lately? 2. What is the current "build"? 3. Where do these updates get posted? :) Best thing to do if you haven't heard already is get the Not64 version as it's a bit faster and builds a NAND page file if the games are bigger than 16 MB,...

Re: Sega DC IDE Adapter!
Are they faster than the SD adapters? Just ordered one (SD adapter) a few days ago. Would be worth getting for speed if they're faster because I hear dreamshell lags with some games.

"For anyone interested, there is a tool called wii64saveSwap which allows for save conversion of PJ64 saves to Wii64/Not64 ones. It works for .sra and .fla save files from many games." It's just a byte-swapping tool, this can also be done on hex editor Neo. Select operations>Byte Swap. Op...

0x80000000. Checked that address in the decompressed save state and it's blank (no hex values), I meant like when the save state is decompressed where does the N64 RAM start at? I'm not sure. My decompressed save state is named "SUPER MARIO 64(U)" and it's size is 10.01 MB, I can't not su...

Re: Wii64 discussion?
I can't say we'll be implementing them. The closest we've done is I've implemented something to inject PJ64 game specific hacks into the core to fix things like the Zelda subscreen delay and other things. Ah okay I see. Well, could you still tell me where the N64's RAM starts at in the save states?

Re: Wii64 discussion?
Not sure if it's been asked before but, will this emulator support GameShark codes in the future? It's not a request I was just wondering, I know there are some trolls on here who are very pushy and demanding. Also, I have question related to the save states: Could someone tell me where the N64 memo...

Eduke32 Wii
Would it possible to use Eduke32 Wii to run this game (below) on the Wii? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X477MkjFmUg I mean it does use the Eduke32 engine. Then again the Wii may not be powerful enough. Wiibrew: At present, using game modifications is possible with EDuke32 Wii but it requires follo...

SDHC partitions erased with HDD Low-Level Format tool, formatted to FAT32 with EaseUS Partition Master. Nothing, tried Super Mario Sunshine GMSE01 (cleanrip MD5 checks out with the one at redump.org), access to card is now slower than before, tried on both a GameCube and Wii Console. I'm thinking it...

Re: Goals for Swiss 0.4
To put it simply, audio stutter comes from the fact that I make the GameCube wait until a transfer is complete rather than saying "let me know when you're complete" because the SD Gecko doesn't support DMA transfers. I have a few more things I need to try that may eliminate stutter but we...

Re: Goals for Swiss 0.4
thanks, I'm still fine tuning device selection like by moving slot/speed selection to a mini expandable area when X is hit. Multi-boot only works from DVD-R, I've never added support for it via ISO, but I guess I could later on. Cool, but uh, I'm not suggesting too much now am I? I know you have yo...

Re: Goals for Swiss 0.4
I have a question about the Viper multi-boot, is it only for DVD-R or will also work for ISO's? When I tried one on swiss it tells me invalid word at 0x1C which I see the the Viper disc's are missing C2339F3D like normal GC disc's have.
Nice device selection look too, really like it.

You most likely have the newer D3-2 drive in which Nintendo removed the debug commands that allowed hackers to read standard DVD disc's on it.

About the GBA link cable
Was just wondering if anybody had ever written an app to send homebrew to the GBA using the link cable. I have tried replacing files inside of games like Wind Waker's "client_u.bin" and client_ud.bin which are GBA apps with small GBA ROMs such as the GameShark ROM which is 256 KB but to no...
