Re: 3D Printables for Gamecube
You know I didn't even think of that. I will work on getting it put together for the composite. I am also trying to work on an HDMI version for Shuriken. That may take a little longer since it wasn't made not to stick out the back, but I think if some one is using a mega and Wasp, no DVD it should b...

Re: 3D Printables for Gamecube
Well still have some measuring to work out but it's getting better. Printing using ABS now and upright seems to look better. The version after this one is printing now and I designed in auto CAD so should be exact.

I like all of those but to me Super mario Strikers and SSX on tour. are hidden gems. and not exclusive but beyond good and evil is great too. SSX on tour lets you play as Mario and Luigi also.

Re: 3D Printables for Gamecube
Do you know of any small 3d printing services it would be worth supporting and still has a good print quality? If the oil field wasn't going to crap a mid range 3d printer would be my next purchase. But my day job is going downhill fast, saving every penny I can. LOL

Re: 3D Printables for Gamecube
Yeah main use for my cheap 3d printer is prototyping. "helping" me with the design. Beyond that I planned to send to a service like http://www.shapeways.com/ . for final print. And that way people on the site could use the designs the way we use stuff like oshpark. I really like the Idea o...

3D Printables for Gamecube
So I've been working on making some 3D printable parts for gamecube. I thought a thread might be a good idea to create a thread for them. I'm definitely not the best at design so any help would be appreciated. So far I have been working on a back plate to use with Component outs, I created it in 123...

Re: Shuriken Video
@happy_bunny - I ended up using this from Digikey " 718-1148-1-ND" It's a 4.7uf 16v 1206 size. The ones I first tried were 0805 10v. I think that was my problem. The new ones seem to be working fine. I am having some problems with the HDMI port though. I have to find the sweet spot for the...

Re: Shuriken Video
Finally got mine going! Man I have to say the hardest part was trying to program it on win 10. I had to substitute the 4.7 uf cap for a through hole one. I didn't see a voltage rating in the schematic. But apparently 10v was not enough I kept smoking them. This is a 35v.

Re: Cloning the GameCube component cable
Finally got around to building my own. Excited about installing in the rest of my cubes. Very nice I just built one lite version last night and it was hard soldering this thing. After comparing both DVI and analog version I can firmly say that picture quality is much better with the DVI/HDMI. I'm s...

Re: Swiss Nightly Build
I've tried quite a few games all with the same result. But for example "alien hominid". I have never messed with patches before. They are stock isos as far as i know. Where do I enable and disable them? Or see what patches are being enabled? Thank for the help.
