Why does GCHD by EON cannot provide optimal video quality and will experience compatibility issues? Should I get a different GC HDMI adapter?

I figured out it was one wire that kept breaking off. What gauge wire and stranded or unstranded is recommended for this mod? I had solid 26 AWG wires but they kept breaking after I closed the gamecube

I recently installed a Pluto IIx HDMI for my GameCube. It now changes output from 60fps to 50 fps and always has red and blue artifacts on screen. I have GC Video DVI 2.3 on the Pluto Board. What could be the problem?
