Pluto 2x Install issues.....
Hi all, Been installing these boards for a little while now and these new boards do not require the 100ohm resistor. I have not had any luck getting these boards to work properly. The power light on the Pluto 2x flashes green as it should when wired correctly, but the video output will come on for a...

Pluto IIx revision E board , video/audio issues
Hi all, i have a new Pluto 2x board that is revision E. I have wired it correct, and also shorted the jumper so you don’t need the resistor. I get audio and video for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. The video will keep playing, the audio will get garbled and distorted and then the audio goes out. The ...

ViperGC (non extreme) - SDLoad Slot B plugin question
Alright I hope this makes sense to someone who reads this and can give me a hand here. I flashed my ViperGC (non extreme) with the SD Load Slot B plugin. The plugin works fine when I load it up, I can see my SD card and load DOL files without issue. Now, when I load any version of Swiss using this m...

Re: Minimal ipl boot Viper GC
Is this worth upgrading my Viper GC to iplboot?
What are the advantages? Can I revert back to ViperGC OS?
Thanks
EDIT - Anyone have screenshots of this new bios in action?

Re: Pluto HDMI board audio issue
A little more digging reveals that using the ANALOG output on the GameCube plays no audio as well.
This is looking to be an actual gamecube MLB issue. Anyone have any insight as to where to start?
Thanks

Re: Pluto HDMI board audio issue
I removed the board completely and resoldered it. I have done over 10 of these boards and have not ever experienced this before. Do you happen to know which pins exactly the audio is being routed from on the GC board as well as the pluto?

Re: Controller port 1 not working.
I have resolved the issue. Pin 94 from the Pluto board going to the GC motherboard was not making a good connection. Used the alternate solder point on the GC motherboard and the issue has been resolved.
Thanks again for the support.

Re: Controller port 1 not working.
You forgot to mention something important. https://assemblergames.com/threads/gamecube-controller-port-1-not-working.68998/ The issue is likely with GCVideo DVI's controller tap. Yes, you are absolutely right. I forgot to mention that, sorry! Im going to use the alternate Controller connection as m...

Re: Controller port 1 not working.
Controller Port one is the most used. It's possible that the connection on the dongle is a bit worn and not making a proper connection with the worn first port. I would test with another controller, if it works fine then it's the dongle and would only require reshaping the pins I already tested it ...

Controller port 1 not working.
Controller port 1 will not register any commands on the screen in gameplay or in the menus. With a Wavebird connected, when I press the controller buttons, it registers on the dongle that they are being pressed (the dongle illuminates), that would mean the port is getting power I would assume. Ports...
