I think i did it.
I made a pull request of Not64 to @Extrems for try to add DRC (Wii U GamePad) support for review and give me a test build with that code i've contributed for test it with a friend.

Neither Not64 nor emGBA can run in Dolphin. They fail the Wii application heuristic. That's strange with Not64 on Dolphin... In my case, Not64 loads and runs fine on Dolphin, I played a few games with Not64 on Dolphin and all of them worked great. EDIT: I'm using your latest release of Not64 (v2021...

So it turns out that the game-autoboot functionality already exists in Wii64, it's just completely undocumented. Therefore I've edited the existing github issue to instead be about documenting how to use the according function. Unfortunately though, it seems to purely rely on the meta.xml arguments...

I use HBC apps' meta.xml arguments instead. Do you happen to know of any other emulators that include this function? I know WiiSX RX v2.5 for example has Wiiflow autoboot support, but there's nothing mentioned in it's meta.xml file and I've been unable to figure if it can work from the HBC directly...
