Hangs when loading ISO through Samba

I recently found one of my favorite games, A Bug's Life, so I ripped it to my PC. It works flawlessly on ePSXe, runs pretty good on WiiSX from the SD card (but I only have 1GB) and it runs slow on both the official and unofficial (USB 2.0) USB modes. So I tried Samba, and it hangs when I tried to select it. Anything I can do to fix this?

Should I try the N64 version on Wii64? I really don't like the N64 version but if that's what I'm reduced to...
