CleanRip v1.0.3 - Wii/GC Disc Ripper Updated

Another day, another version!
CleanRip has been updated to version 1.0.3 and comes with some new features & bug fixes
Releases should slow down after this as I plan to work on other things..
Whatsnew in 1.0.3:
* Added SHA-1 and CRC32 calculation (all saved to disk)
* Fixed redump.org verification on second and subsequent files
* Compiled with the latest libFAT & libOGC
