This what I'm asking is I got 3 Gamecube's 1 doesn't read anyways,

Silver Model DOL-001 - Run Everything I throw at it..except the Action Replay 1.20, When I load the Action Replay 1.20, I hear it make a beep to tell the game is loaded, it doesn't with the Action Replay 1.20 disk

Black Model DOL-001 - Weak Laser, But boots every game -- 1 or 2 times..When I put in the Action Replay 1.14 doesn't load up ..But somehow screws up the laser..Now it loads Games like 5 times

When I clean the laser with a Q-tip with Rubbing Alcohol on the Black Model it wont read any Games til I blow in it, then it will work like I never cleaned it,

I opened the Black Gamecube to try to adjust the pot, the last 4 screws are striped :-/ Can't get to the last part

It sounds like you are cleaning the laser incorrectly (leaving dust or checking before the alcohol has dissipated), or informing you that it's not dirty and something else is at fault (needs more juice - lower the pot).

Try your best to get to under the drive chassis & adjust the pot, use some needle nose pliers to unscrew the stripped screws and then replace them with some from your dead cube or leave them out.

Here is a useful link for all Nintendo model numbers.
The difference between DOL-001 and DOL-101 is about Digital Video Output (DOL-101 doens't have the Digital socket).

What's the diff with Model DOL-001 and DOL-101?

Component video is needed for 480p mode, or have NTSC consoles properly display 50hz.

Well I tested the Black Gamecube

All Games loads ok only had to try it only 2 times

The SDML, Action Replay 1.20 and 1.14 is having trouble loading up

On the Silver Gamecube doesn't load up the Action Replay 1.20 at all, It beeps, But having a hard time loading
