Transfer save from PC to GC/Wii, and other questions

Hey guys!
This is really two questions, and I'm clueless on both, so bare with me.
Is it possible to transfer a Gamecube-save file from PC to a Gamecube/Wii? Either a save file from Dolphin emulator or a save file that has been downloaded from the internet (if they exist).
If yes, this leads up to my next question.
Does content transfered from E-reader cards get saved to the save file? I have no idea how e-reader cards work, as I have never tried to use one.
The reason why I'm asking is that I am very interested in playing Animal Crossing on the Gamecube with some (or all, if possible) of the extra e-reader stuff that is avalible. And I would much rather do it on a real Gamecube/Wii than on the Dolphin Emulator.
I did find videos on how to transfer e-reader content from VGBA to Dolphin, that is why I'm asking if it's possible to transfer a Dolphin-save file to the real hardware.
Sorry if I come across as being all over the place, because I am! I am horrible at explaining things
