Booting FCEUGX with SWISS 0.2

Hey, when i boot FCEUGX with Swiss the fps is unplayable, any suggestions?

only when you boot with Swiss? have you tried booting it through something else?

Ive booted it through SD media launcher and it runs fine, but when I run it through that the display is black and white.
