[WKF] Plug n' Play Diskdrive replacement

Hi,

today i finally finished my Wiikey Fusion Diskdrive replacement... you just need to take out the normal DD and plug this one in and you're ready to rumble :D

The only thing that is missing is a nice switch for pin 29 ^^ but i trust into emu_kidid that he will make swiss autoboot anyway ;-)

So here is the worklog in pics :)


Glued SD- Slot...

First layer of putty...

Second layer.. (Model filler)

3 layers of primer and 2 layers of color :)

SD-tech stuff glued into it..

Since you can only add 5 attachments -.- ...

Nice job, the SD card slot looks very professional 8-)

Bit worried about those solder blobs on the drive board plug connectors though. Have you tested for any bridged connections?

lol.. yea it really looks like solder on the pic xD but it's actually just hot-glue :D
