There are Raphnet's adaptors too, but I also hope they would make a 4 ports module for the console that allows connection of WiiU/Switch wireless controllers, and a module for the controller side that would allow to convert a Wired GC controller into a full-featured Switch's wireless one, with rumble, at last!

You're right. I suggest reporting any suspicious posts with unrelated links with the "!" button.
It seems this post and some others are grabbing legitimate questions/comments from other users from reddit, posting them here, then editing it later (to avoid detection) in to include a unrelated link offsite (probably for SEO related shenanigan).
