I have burned some GameCube games in the past months and some of them have small dark dots on them. I was wondering, do they affect anything at all such as the burn quality and everything. I used Ridata discs for those. I have seen this on some of the games I've burned such as Twilight Princess. I clean the discs before I burn.

Dark spots are usually where the laser failed to write to (or written but not as well), are you verifying in IMGBurn or whatever to make sure the data has been written properly? Try a lower speed too.
